The item arrived damaged, which was frustrating, so I took photos right away just to cover myself. I reached out to them and they handled it quickly, so it ended up being less of a hassle than I expected.

I ordered a canvas from iCanvas and figured it would probably take at least a week, which seemed fair to me since it’s artwork and I wasn’t expecting instant shipping or anything. But it actually showed up in just a few days. Tracking was simple to follow, and the canvas was packed well when it arrived. i’m really glad I went ahead and ordered it because the whole process was quicker and easier than I thought it would be. No complaints here.

I mostly went for it because I got a discount, and that made it feel worth it. The prints showed up looking nice, no big issues or anything. Simple experience overall, but for the price I paid, I'm happy with it.

I ordered a print from iCanvas i was expecting the usual flimsy-feeling canvas because that seems to be what you get half the time now. But this one actually surprised me. The material feels thick and sturdy, and the texture looks really nice when you’re up close.
The colors came out good too, but what I’m most relieved about is that it doesn’t feel like some lightweight, cheap thing I’m going to regret buying. It actually feels solid on the wall, which is apparently too much to ask from a lot of prints these days. Happy with it.

The refund did come through, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I was expecting. Customer service was polite and handled it okay, just not exactly fast
